Kitchen Scramble
I was on the level of Montego Bay two days ago, I just signed in today to play and the dog gone game started at the very beginning. I have paid money to get where I was, I just bought $20 worth of play money and then I see that the game has cheated me out of my levels. This is unacceptable and I would like it returned or some of my money back because I did not pay $20 all the time to be cheated out of my levels. What is wrong with Face Book games they keep messing up and cheating people. It is not fair. I probably won't get an answer back or anything done, but I will not be spending anymore money on this game and if I could report this some way and get some satisfaction I most definitely would.

I also am having trouble I am on space jam level 1240 and I can't go any further . It froze up and I keep resting and it does the same thing . 2weeks ago I bought fake money 20.00 worth when it was on sale should of got 260 fake cash taking my fake cash from 292 to 552 instead it went cash received the bowl stored and cash showed 552 stared playing it froze up again reset my i pad game came up and cash went back to 292 and I start playing and the game froze up again I have called the company left 4 messages nobody get back to you . I even called prime because that is how the money is taken out they have reset my tablet 4 times still the same thing told me to call pop reach . I have 4 times still the same thing voice mail I am so tired of this and !owing money .I have gone to the gaming commission and I am going from there . I hope there is an answer to all this .mad he'll
I was watching the the videos to win prizes and at least 10 of them were 500 coins. I noticed that the amount was not changing at all. The food items are recorded. It is tough to get to this part of the game. It is tough to get friends to play this game. This is the only way to get items sometimes. Why does it take so long to hear from someone? I love the game but, when it has glitches they are major to the game. Pop Reach needs better customer service.
Same thing happened to me this morning! I had just played level 401 of Kitchen Scramble yesterday. Woke up today and all my progress is gone! Frustrated is an understatement.
The same thing has happened to me!!! All my progress, cash and coins have been wiped. How can I get this resolved?
