requesting supplies

For 3 weeks I have not been able to request supplies or ingredients, I have sent tickets almost daily, I have noticed other players say they are having the same issue. I have been spending my own KS cash to get supplies. Is there any where else I can got to get this issues resolved, please help, Mayetta

    Cora I have sent them 3 weeks worth of tickets sometimes twice a day. If you think it will help to send them ALL of them I will. It is just going to take time to get the numbers

    Rockbo2 no worries, I found them! I can see that the issue has been logged and programmers are still investigating. The support team will send you a message once there's been an update!
