Purchase issue

What to do when a purchased item is not received:
Purchased items may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
If not received after 24 hours, contact the support team. Provide a screenshot of the purchase receipt with the following details:
Game name
Pack name
Purchase date
Transaction ID
