My game progress was lost or reset. How can I recover it?
 

If your progress is lost, please ensure that your previous game was connected to your Facebook account. Then, link your current game to the same Facebook account to restore your progress. If the progress does not return, contact support with both your old and new Player IDs so our team can try to recover your last saved data.
