Some support issues, such as quests, may require additional information in the form of a screenshot. To take a screenshot on your mobile device, follow the instructions below:
- Press the home button (circular button on the front of device) and click the lock button (small rectangular button along edge) at the same time.
- Screenshot will now be in your Photos folder
